Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is separate to the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of this website, and refers solely to the photoshoot booked in your name and for which a deposit shall be held.

If you decide to cancel your photoshoot, for any reason, you are fully entitled to do so without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the time of commencement of the shoot. In the event that you cancel your photoshoot at less than 24 hours notice prior to the photoshoot, we shall retain your deposit in full. In the event that the photoshoot is cancelled by RT photographics, for any reason and at any time, your deposit shall be returned to you in full. By agreeing to pay the deposit, you agree to abide by the terms within this cancellation policy.
