Other FAQ's...

1.     You say that you make no profit from prints and photo products. Is that true?

  • Yes, it is true.
  • The prices quoted include all postage costs between ourselves, the suppliers, and yourself, as well as the production costs of the actual product. There really is no profit left after that.

2.     If you make no profit on your photo products, why bother offering them?

  • We go to great lengths and invest a LOT of time ensuring that your images are as stunning as they can be. We don't want your beautiful images ruined by a cheap, unprofessional low quality print, or a canvas that will fall apart or fade in a year or two. It's as simple as that.

3.     Will my images be used online or elsewhere for advertising or anything else?

  • Not if you don't want them to be.
  • We will ask you to sign and date a model release form before the shoot. This will have a place to show that you agree or disagree to specific usage of your images. If you have signed that you disagree to display of your images, they will be kept private and the only people to see them will be those you choose to show them to!
  • If any of your identifiable property features in your images, you will also be asked to sign a property release form with the same options to indicate whether you agree or disagree to specified usages.

4.     I signed a release form to say I agree to use of my images, but I've changed my mind.

  • That's no problem. Just contact us as soon as possible and we will remove your images immediately and send you a new form that you can sign to indicate your new wishes.

5.     I really want some intimate portraits done but I don't want anyone to know it is me in the photograph.

  • That's no problem. We can arrange the shoot so that your face and any identifiable marks are not shown in the final images, so your anonymity will be preserved.
