5 FAQ's for Students...
1. I really need headshots but I can't afford it, what can I do?
- If you can get together with a minimum of 6 other students who all want headshots, and you live within mainland UK, we will offer a 20% discount to each student and waive travel expenses.
- You must all be available at the same location and be available on an agreed date.
- If any of your group cancels within 24 hours of the shoot and cannot be replaced by another student, the discount will not apply and our travel expenses must be met.
- Payment will be required before the shoot commences, so please budget for it in the weeks before your shoot. Check our prices first.

2. What do I get for my money?
- Apart from top quality headshots from a professional photographer who understands the industry and knows what you need, you will also receive a free CD of all your images from the shoot.
- If you can get together with a minimum of 10 students all requiring headshots, and you are all available at the same location over an agreed two-day period, you will each receive 20 free 8"x10" prints of your favourite image in addition to your free CD.
- If any of your group does not show up for the shoot and cannot be replaced by someone else, the offer of free prints will not apply and be withdrawn for everyone.
- Remember, if there are at least 6 of you, you will also get a 20% discount on the shoot price and you won't need to pay our travel expenses!
3. Why can't my mate take my headshots? He's got a digital camera.
- Your career depends very much on the strength of your headshot to get you in the door to the audition. Your talent will keep you there, but you have less than a couple of seconds to make an impression with your headshot. It needs to be so much better than a good one! - Your headshot needs to stand out from the crowd and it needs to be presented in a way that grabs the casting panel's attention... for all the right reasons! If your mate with the camera can do that for you, that's great.
- It really and honestly doesn't matter to us who you choose to take your photographs, but if you think about it, it should matter very much to you!
4. How many shots will I get to choose from and how long will the shoot last?
- Your shoot will last approximately an hour and you should get around at least 50 different images to choose from. This is more than enough when you only need about three different images for your actual printed headshots. There is no point sending you 100 images that are virtually identical and where care won't have been taken to achieve the best quality shots for you. Quality is always better than quantity!
5. You are in the UK but I am studying in France, will you come and do my headshots for me?
- Yes, we can travel anywhere worldwide, if you can meet our expenses. Obviously, the more people you can get together for individual shoots the more people you will have to help spread the costs!
- If you can get together a group of at least 25 students all requiring headshots, and you can be in the same location for an agreed period, we will offer each of you 30% discount on the usual shoot price, plus a free CD of your images, and 20 free 8"x10" prints each.
