How to make sure you are viewing the most up to date version of any website, including this one!
As with any website that is frequently updated, if you haven't cleared your browser cache and cookies recently you could be looking at an old version of the website and won't see the new information.
Clearing your browser cache and cookies is easy and only takes a few seconds. We've listed how to do it here. If you haven't done it before, or don't do it regularly, you will see how easy it is.
As well as making sure you are viewing the most recent versions of any websites, you may also find that your computer speeds up as it is cleared of all the old information that could be clogging up your system!
If you use Firefox:
1. Click on 'Tools'
2. Choose 'Clear Private Data'
3. Check / tick the box next to 'cache' and then click 'Clear Private Data Now'
If you use Internet Explorer:
1. Click on 'Tools'
2. Choose 'Internet Options'
3. Open the 'General' tab and click on the 'Delete Files' button
4. Click OK, and then click OK again
If you use AOL:
1. Click on 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Internet (Web Browser) Settings
3. Click on 'Clear my Footprints'
4. Click on 'Select Footprints to Clear'
5. Check / tick the buttons next to 'cookies' and 'browser cache'
6. Click on 'Clear Selected Footprints'
If you use Safari:
1. Click on 'Safari'
2. Choose 'Empty Cache'
3. Click on 'Empty'
